In 2009, Birmingham Science Park Aston (BSPA) launched a dedicated programme called Entrepreneurs for the Future (e4f) to help the next generation of entrepreneurs deliver commercial success. The programme offers 6 months free office space, office infrastructure and builds a support network of entrepreneurs, mentors and business experts around the startup to ensure the new business has the best possible chance of success.

In line with the Science Park’s overall direction, e4f accepts only businesses that fit into one of the following sectors:

e4f Funding

This innovative e4f programme is part-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, and will encourage collaborations and knowledge transfers between universities and businesses, generate new graduate-based companies, promote investment in new high tech and high growth ventures, create new high value jobs and will also enhance the Region’s inward investment prospects and increase the retention of graduates in the region.
